Serphonica ("the App") is an ear training and music practice application for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We do not collect personal data. Serphonica processes all audio locally on your device. Your microphone input is used solely for real-time pitch detection and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
If you use the in-app suggestion feature, the text you submit is sent to our server and forwarded to our email. No personal information (name, email, device ID) is attached to the suggestion. It is fully anonymous.
The App requires microphone access to detect the pitch of notes you play on your instrument. Audio data is processed in real time on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
Serphonica does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.
App preferences (such as your noise gate threshold setting) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms (UserDefaults). No data is synced to the cloud.
Serphonica does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
