By downloading or using Serphonica ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Serphonica is a free ear training and music practice application for iOS devices. It provides tools for interval training, chord recognition, scale practice, rhythm training, sight reading, tuning, and tempo keeping.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any iOS device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the suggestion feature to send abusive, threatening, or spam content
Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or our servers

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in Serphonica are owned by us and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Pitch detection accuracy may vary depending on your device, environment, and instrument.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
